The bank probably goes by redbook or glasses guide
After years of transporting kids around I think it's time to treat myself, depreciation means bugger all to me if I'm not going to sell it for a while, if I get 10 years out of it I see it as a win.
I'm 47 years old and have had 3 cars in my life, I get my money's worth.
I understand your point of view though and it's very valid and smart.
Monday lunchtime I was thinking "hmmm, I wonder if I should get a new car now and jump on an EOFY sale or wait til my tax return to make my rating look stronger"
A quick email to the bank suggested I could act straight away.
48 hours later I'm an owner of a brand new vehicle.
I've been feeling like I merely just exist lately, now I actually feel like I work for a reason.
