Got one back from Mannix, pleasantly surprised. Depending on Model was between $10-11k, that's including a $600 early payment bonus. I'd probably use that on upgrading the control system.

Wow ok, interesting that prices seem to have remained the same over the last 15 years.

Depends on the size.
Might only be 12-14kw

Spot on, you saying that’s not enough?

Borderline for 4 bed and 2 living room.
I’d be going 15kw to be sure.

I’ve got 18kw for 5 bed and 2 living

Just because they’re rooting each other doesn’t mean they have any idea how to size a house A/C.

Had a few A/C’s put in in the last 5 years in rental properties also.
And he did say how many rooms which is how they work it out.

Depends on what you’re after, what’s the tyre size and what have you been quoted?

I’m extremely careful when buying tyres, and tailor accordingly to the car (there’s 5 cars in my family).

If you’ve tried the usual suspects like Bob Jane, Bridgestone Select, Goodyear Autocare, etc, perhaps try Jax Tyres or online suppliers like tyresales, tyroola. The online suppliers can arrange local fitting, or you could use their prices to bargain will the traditional storefronts.

Also, tyre retailers have specials from time to time which can save heaps.
