Of course your biased opinion will add weight to your view, but not even close to the best IMO.

I don't hate Sydney, how can anyone hate a club that's only been around for 30 years? 8)

Getting home to the smell of a small baby sheeps leg roasting in the oven and knowing that, as the Dad of the house, I get the knuckle without anyone daring to question why.

One of those moments that takes me back to being a kid and knowing that Dad would get the knuckle and wondering why I never did. Because it's awesome and I'm the Dad, that's why. ;) :D

So is it true, eating healthier, smaller portions, cutting out the grog and getting some regular exercise is the key..... Or is there another "magic" method?

That's pretty much the sum of it.
Fish or chicken for dinner each night with vegies.
I've barely drank any beer or coke, mainly CC's with coke zero if I'm having a few and plenty of exercise, feeling way better for it too.

It hasn't even been hard, a trip to Torrens Island each Sunday morning to get different vegies for the week and the spice stall there is awesome, we've concocted many good meals using them.
