we've been very relaxed here, yes we have a vacc policy but masks are optional.
But we employ ~400 people on site so will be interesting if they have a one out all out policy on this

Didn't realise if you tested positive you were still being shipped off to a medi-hotel.

You can quarantine at home but you can't be in contact with any other people, so unless you live alone you are probably going to be shipped off to a medihotel.

How does it work from a leave point of view.

If I get Covid I presume I am able to take sick leave.

If I am a close contact and have to isolate I guess I cant take sick leave and am required to take annual leave.

I work in Norwood and visit the parade daily for lunch.
No prick scans in anywhere here so no one will know anyway
