All proffesional sportsmen should be made to spend the two full days to go and do there senior first aid course

I've got cars and house and contents with them and each and every time I have had to make a claim they are prompt, friendly, helpful, efficient and do exactly as they promise.

Cooked my first weber in months last Sunday. Had a rolled pork.
Learnt a little trick to nail the crackle. Poured boiling hot water over the meat after scoring.
Came up perfect.
