Did you consider any Othello places? Anyway, sounds like it's in a nice little Hamlet. Hope the place comes As You Like It, without the need to renovate. Careful if the plumbing's not up to scratch, or you'll get caught out with a Richard the Third - certainly not Much Ado About Nothing!

I lived in Shelley St nearby years ago and was interested in buying in the Shakespeare Avenue area, but finished up in Vale Park.
