The passing of Lou Richards :(

He was 94, I was moved when I heard it in the car on my way home, it also made me smile thinking of all the funny things I remember growing up and he was "the face" of VFL football IMO.

His legend will live on forever, up there with the top names in football history, probably the most liked character in the game.

I dont feel that sad when any 94 year old dies. But I do remember the sunday footy show and the handball comps. Part of my childhood

Of course its sad. I meant that in the context that its not unexpected and he obviously lived a full life.
