Is it really a 'community transmission' if you infect people in your own family in your own home?

I genuinely don't understand panic buying.

Are people saying they don't have the food or provisions at home to survive a couple of days?

If they don't ok, but during this COVID situation, every time we have been "locked down", not once have I seen the supermarkets close down.

What's with the rush to load up?

Does this finally get Morrison off his ass to fix hotel quarantine. The majority of the population now either in or coming out of restrictions on par or worse than when this started. The stats mentioned here about returning travellers and the source of the QLD outbreak are pretty damming.

But it is stupid because well the shops are opened tomorrow. And the next day and the next day and the next day.

And what is it about toilet paper??? I just don't understand that.
