Me and Drago supplementing his diet with liquid gold 2nite. So Essendon were using banned supplements? I hope there is no drug testing in our local cricket comp, else drago would have 2 buy his way out. No Kickinit is not Drago. He is hoping 2 go see him at his body sculpting thing. Hopefully he will let Drago take a photo with him.

Possibly but highly unlikely.

Well, it is unlikely, but it would make for a twist in this tale that none of us saw coming!

Other than MW....who could be Drago too :o

Drago ran 10km on wednesday. couldnt find watch. Probably good thing. On longer runs what do some people do for water? Drago runs up a dirt track, so cant stop in peoples yard 2 use tap. Do some people take supplements for water? Still goal 2 run 10km in 60mins and weigh in at 80kgs on feb 15th. Then life without duromine and being handed things on a plate!

May the 6th is the make a wish fun run. Good short term goal for Drago 2 keep the weight off after the jamies. Run is now 11kms. So Drago will try and run this under an hour. Hope 2 have his weight in 75kg range by this time.

may 6th is 12 weeks away i'd be pushing for 70kgs, he's at 83kgs now? so 13kgs in 12 weeks.

this might help with drago longs runs. sugar free electrolytes, there heavily used in the mines. you can get them from blackwoods and i'm sure a few of the saftey places would sell them as well.

bmi isn't for anyone as it doesn't take into consideration of muscle mass, majority of afl players would be over the bmi. I know australian muscle on main north use to take bf% measurements. they should also sell the callipers which will give you a rough enough measurement.

i think 75kgs is probably a too easy goal for him to achieve. going for 70 will make sure he keeps pushing himself. and if it looks like he's going to hit the 70kg mark easily change it to 65. you'll find if he'll keep pushing harder when the goal is set further away rather being close, it's just one of the mental things about losing weight. just like cutting your meals into smaller pieces so it takes you longer to eat, and putting your meals onto a smaller plate makes it look like there's more there.
