Yep, I agree. Lots of media reports make it seem like Cadel can definitely go at least a munte faster than the others, but the 2 schlecks are obviously very capable, and I don't think it can be as certain as we'd all wish.

I know le Tour etiquette dictates that the leader at the start of the last stage wins the Tour de France, but what if Cadel and Andy are within 3 secs after the time trial?

Are we then in unknown territory and would not the 2nd place rider try to get those 4 secs on the Champs-Elysees?

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

The TT was the last stage that year, from my knowledge no one has lost it in last stage that wasn't a TT.

The sprinters would win the stage, but a few secs wouldn't be impossible to bridge behind the big boys ...

Andy is slower then frank at the first check. virtual lead for andy is down to 20ish seconds. here we go.
