Slightly off topic but anyone know a good website to get running shoes from the US and make the most of the exchange rate?

How have people fared ordering shoes from Eastbay? Do you find the sizing to be exactly the same as shoes purchased here in Oz?

I ordered some Size 12 Nike shoes for a mate that were too small. I tried them on (I wear size 12 Asics) and they were way too small.

Interesting, One thing that I dont trust over the INternet is shoes! I only trust offical site such a Nomis for example. Ebay and that I dont even bother for the reason you just pointed out.

this may sound stupid, but one time when buyin shoes they told me to be careful with the sizes between diff brands, a size 12 nike isnt always a size 12 adidas etc..... food for thought.

only problem is... ordering from net is impossible to try before u by

I order all my shoes (ASICS) through a mob in Asia (sounds dodgy I know). They end up being about half price & i've had no trouble with them fitting. I just used the US sizing I'd previously warn.
The only problem is they only do sizes 8-12.

I also forgot to mention that one of the Size 12 Nike shoes was a centimetre shorter than the other Size 12 Nike shoe. Dodgy as.

I always said I would use Johno's mantra no shoes on the net.
12 months ago I could not resist a pair of Wading boots size 13 brand new from Cabelas, price here $250 plus for the equivalent, price delivered $45.
What a deal fantastic Boots.
