so much hate on the Arsenal forums and facebook pages, especially towards cech

As a manager from the north said when he was at the mancs "clubs lose games and so be it, but just make sure you dont lose two in a row"

Whats your thoughts on the starting team? Why is Alexis being kept in cotton wool? His Chile campaign finished 2 months ago, if he isn’t fit to start now he never will be. Also Monreal trips over his own feet more than Jasper Pittard and gifts the ball to defenders more than Jimmy Jeggo!

Sanchez is injured, shouldnt be playing.
Agree about Monreal, hopeless.
First game of the season though, still enough quality in their squad, just hope for their sake they dont panic buy on the back of this result

IF benzema is coming then will add strength going forward and might give Giroud a kick up the arse and score

Bellerin was injured, Gibbs should have started over debuchy . Monreal had a poor game , so did most of the team.

The Ox is looking dangerous , but yesterday had an off day. Coquelin had a poor game also

Think Benzema is as much chance of happening as Bale coming to us. Dont think there is any truth to it unless Real have a new toy to replace him with. He would be good for you guys though whatever the cost

yes doubtful that wenger will spend that much on one player knowing him. We will now get from wenger that "the team was poor as a whole and will improve next week".

Knew we would lose , as when i got up at 9pm after my sleep i just had a feeling we would .

Dont understand why we have so many sunday games though . Our first saturday game is in 3 weeks . very strange for us.

Sanchez isn't injured. He had lack of match fitness. Wenger doesn't allow players back in training until they have one month off and seeing as Chile went to the final his start was delayed

I wonder if Wenger still stands by his comment that the transfer window should close before the start of the season? :)

buying the world is not that answer in this case. So yes, he is correct in what he says.
The problem was lack of forward play, and the spammers played Arsenal off the park. No response to what west ham brought to the table. Topped off with our players looked about 3 paces off the pace when not in possession.

So going on previous history i am sure that will be turned around this week, and the spammers will fall in a heap like every other season.
