How the heck did that get goal of the year? Just saw it. An across the goalie volley was no where near the Flores solo goals. BS :evil:

Great work by Flores. Now to make him our marquee player to make sure he stays here. can't afford to let him go.

You're joking, right?
Was definitely in the top 3 of the season IMO.

2 other goals unlucky not to win are;

Nicky Carle's goal against Perth. About two 1-2's, then a header over the keeper. Class! (Probably my favourite of the season)
Marcus Flores solo run earlier in the season.

Smeltz's strike against Adelaide probably comes after those 3 goals.

Kidding arent they? The people voting on it always get sucked in by the team with the best defense. Ffs i could keep clean sheets with that calibre of defense around me

congrats to the united fans. been great watching games on tv all year and seeing plenty of red in the stands. hope those dicks who throw bottles on the ground don't think this is for them.
