Adelaide United the laughing stock of the A-League

Will enhance their reputation this weekend when they get knocked out by the Phoneix.

Apparently it's all because he wanted to play ACL games for Sydney. Certainly not the time to be organising that. Obviously he wants more exposure to play a higher level, but unfortunately the club always has to come first. Hopefully the Reds now make it as hard as possible for him if he doesn't return to the club and do it properly.

sorry i still have the 6-0 drubbing in my head and Ross Aloisi spitting the dummy, then the players/manager spitting the dummy in the press conference afterwards.

Another GF another loss to Melbourne and another player spits the dummy about being sent off, and another press conference for the ages with a sooking manager.

No owner, had plumbers as a sponsor on the front of the strip, wooden spoon, player walking out on eve of finals, Adelaide United have given us opposition supporters more to laugh at then any other club.

throw in Adelaide spitting it about the Champions League prizemoney, despite being happy to take a portion of prizemoney that other teams won in the few years prior.

You can expect a lot more of this happeneing in the next few weeks because players will look for loan deals whilst the A League has a 6 month break.

Should it be like the AFL with the new clubs where they are forced to keep the deal silent to a certain date.

If the key individuals involved with that poor behaviour were still around then I'd reckon you have a point, but the club showed some substance by moving them along - Not sure what else they could have done?

I think K Muscat still has a lot to offer as a player and we should persue him to replace Ried.

Most overated, injury prone player in the comp. Perth can have him, maybe they could do us a favour and take pantelis aswell

for once someone who agrees with me.

all my mate have man crushes on Dodd.

he scores a winner like he did against Melbourne and then wont be seen again for another month apart from one or two cameo runs off 50 meters that end up leading to nothing.

The A-League is turning into a joke.

Reid wanted a short term deal to play Champions League, David Williams will play for Sydney in the home and away games of the Champs League.

The dispute arose as Sydney secured the services of North Queensland's star striker David Williams on a six-month deal.

Williams, 23, will join the Sky Blues for at least the home and away stages of their Asian campaign and then return to the Fury.

This league is becoming a farce when things like that happen, Williams goes from Fury to Sydney then back to Fury. Reid wanted to do the same.

He won't be interested, hes retired because he's done with playing, not because there's issues between him and Melbourne Victory, he's planning to stay on as an assistant coach.
