In the past for A-league matches at Adelaide Oval, members have had to register their interest in tickets and then it apparently goes to a ballot, but I'm pretty sure the requests for tickets have never been greater than the SACA's allocation.

You never know, if the circumstances are anything like the Victory's final round match last season it deserves a sellout.

For those that may have missed it, this ties in quite well with Victoria Derby Day and Melbourne Cup day at Flemington ;)

Well Adelaide had there friendly tonight against Wellington in which Adelaide won 2 - 0

Van Dijk and Pantelis scored.....hows pastons form can stop Gilardino and Iaquinta 3 weeks ago but cant keep out Van Dijk or Pantelis now...

So Melbourne lost to Boca and Adelaide beat a team win 7 world cup players in it
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

Adelaide United captain Travis Dodd said the Reds must be more lethal in front of goal if they are to wipe out the horror 2009-10 A-League season, when United collected the wooden spoon for the first time in its short history.

The Reds managed only 24 goals last season, five less than their nearest rival, North Queensland Fury.

Adelaide United FC failed to finish its pre-season campaign on a winning note after going down 0-1 to North Queensland Fury at Brolga Park in Townsville tonight.

A 70th minute strike from Fury midfielder Adam Casey proved the difference in what was the Reds’ final hit out before their Hyundai A-League season opener against the Newcastle Jets next Friday night at Hindmarsh Stadium.

We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

Agreed. Leckie and Ramsay were great last week. Let's hope it continues.
Losing Boogard hurts though.

Hahaha, didn't see this earlier.
Perhaps we could ask the AFL to play midweek games when the dole and pension is handed out. 2 for 1 tickets with your concession card! LOL
