That is brilliant smithy!

At least he got a minimum 6 weeks I guess and hopefully he never plays football again at a decent level anyway.

Can u just imagine him running around in a local league and tackling like that, where the opposition players/spectators might not have the same level of self control as in a professional league

This went to the MRP and Reddy did get a suspension for the sneaky punch...

Not sure if it was 2 or 3 weeks...

Bloody hell, I got threatened enough times (seriously) playing Amatuer league for even just scoring a goal... OK maybe the celebration was a bit over the top...

He wouldn't last until half time in his first game...

With only 3 games left it should see him through the finals, hopefully he retires with this over his head and crawls into a gutter never to be seen again

Nah let him play club football. That way some big bloke from the crowd can belt him when he makes one of his trademark tackles

Amazing it's taken 17 years for tribunals to wake up to this sniping $hit of a football player.
Imagine him at the tribunal, but, but, but,but I didn't mean too.

He won't be missed.

I bet he pointed to his "good record" too.

But seriously, he wasn't apparently going to represent himself even. Why? Not like he needed to train or prepare for a game. Coward. Could have gone in looked the judiciary in the eye and copped his ban. Sad to think that the ACL doesn't recognise domestic sanctions and he can play in those games. If he was any sort man, he would announce his effective retirement via press release, no bells and whistles, no farewells, just drop off the face of the planet.

Glad to hopefully have seen the end of Kevin Muscat in the A-League. however i fear that this suspension will actually help Melbourne Victory more then hinder them. From what i have seen this year Muscat has been a liability for the Victory in defence. If the A-League truly wanted to punish Melbourne they should have said Muscat must play in every remaining match ;)

Good on Mark Bosnich for telling it like it is tho. How many ex pros in the AFL who are currently commentating (Pickering, Jakovich 2 of the worst) are too scared to give an honest (negative) opinion on someone because they are there client, mate etc.
