Kruse out with a hamstring tonight, and with Thompson out for a while yet, there really isn't much up front, announced next to nil in the way of signings in the off season, although apparently in talks with 4 players at the moment to come in either as injury replacement for Archie or another full time option up front.
Hernandez will most likely push up the field abit tonight and be the main goal scoring option, which may suit him considering it sounds like he's come back lacking fitness to start the season once again.
Would be very happy with 0-0 tonight without doubt.

Fairly strong rumour that Fred will be announced as new signing sometime tomorrow or Wednesday.

Decent chance the club will be looking to sign Danny Vukovic also, as its looking less and less likely he will find an overseas club within the next 2 weeks before the transfer deadline, this would be a brilliant signing imo as Petkovic as been extremely ordinary in his first 2 appearances.

Also Carlos Hernandez has been cleared of any serious injury after the Perth match, his knee is expected to come good in time for him to front up against North Queensland this weekend.

As in the same Fred that was at MV a while back?

Good news about Hernandez. He's a great player regardless of the team he's playing at ;)
