would be fair to say that the crowds weren't the greatest were they.

Sydney- very dissapointing crowd massive worry for FFA

Adelaide- disappointing especially considering there was no AFL game til Sunday and that both the power and crows have had terrible seasons. Adelaide also finished promising in the asian cup last season.

Melbourne Hearts- fairly good crowd results will dictate the success of this club both their own and Melbourne Victory will impact on how successful this clubs crowds will be.

Gold Coast- disapointing, cant really see the club surviving on 6000 crowds especially against there biggest rival, struggling to capture the gold coast residents, major worry for FFA

Perth Glory- Brilliant, major bonus exactly what the A-League needs. Only issue is the Fowler novelty will wear off and if results aren't there the crowd will be the next thing to drop but was a great advertisment for the A-League.

As much as His Holiness had an impact on the size of the crowd, the fact that memberships are up and there is a real feeling of the side playing something like the Glory of old when we ruled the country pre A league...

The support is there, has always been there and just needed the spark to reignite the passion of the supporters... You dont sell out Subiaco and get 42000+ to the game if the support isnt there...

Regarding Crowds, I reckon they should start the season in mid October when the AFL and NRL seasons are over and better weather, and finish late April/early May rather than the present early Aug to the end of March.
