Round 8, Teams, Trades & Discussion.

Tory Dickson: Fluke or is he starting to live up to his potential, I got on him at the start but got rid of him for Kennedy to avoid a donut, he's only jumped 40K in DT, tough call yet, especially considering I've already dumped him.

Tory Dickson? Will live up to the pre-season hype, which is why I held him. Should cement his position in the team and will be a very nice cash cow, which is handy as there have been few in the forward line.

Also very happy with Milera's start to the year. Saad looked good last night and could find himself into a few teams this weekend.

Ellis will get the chop from most sides due to a high BE. Shame about his sub affected price, as he is about $100K short of a worthy cull, but with the likes of Lee Spurr on the bubble, Ellis probably has to go.

I've held on to Spurr since the begining for my SC, I've gotta leave the trades alone now as I've made some disappointing ones. I've not treated my SC with much respect, too busy trying to win some coin in DT.

Front bum will have to be on most peoples radar as an upgrade option this week I reckon.

Keeps getting better and better and if you don't jump on soon he will be out of reach. Not many better consistent scoring forwards than him at the moment.

Got rid of shiel for ablett.
Now have a midfield of Stanton, pendlebury, Hayes, ablett and Gibbs.
Any of horsley magner or d smith to get on the field.

Happy with that.

I'm getting into the habit of trading early and seeing how my team looks with the changes. They can always be reversed later once the teams are announced...

I'd wait on Didak. Pies only played Brisbane. Can Dids rack up the points against better clubs?

Q, what's Jackson Paine's likelihood of getting games, contemplating arseholing him and Ellis in exchange for Michael Johnson & Tory Dickson. Still leaves me with Smedts as my fwd/def DPP. I think that's probably the only reason why anyone got on Paine to begin with as there are limited DPP's for F&D.
