Bored at work... quick round review

The Worst- Week 1 Results

1ST QUALIFYING FINAL
1. Honey Badgers 2,357
4. THE BLOODS 2,335

1ST ELIMINATION FINAL
5. TEDS 2,246
8. No Spit 2,249

2ND ELIMINATION FINAL
6. Zaphod Beeblebrox 2,109
7. Foramen Magnum 2,101

2ND QUALIFYING FINAL
2. wycbloods 2,226
3. tashii's boys 2,198

All games were crackers! TEDS and Foramen Magnum were very unlucky to be eliminated.

Honey Badgers & wycbloods have now earnt the week off.

This week

1ST SEMI FINAL

THE BLOODS Vs No Spit

2ND SEMI FINAL

tashii's boys Vs Zaphod Beeblebrox

Bloods have been in very good recent form and will be expecting to win. I also think Tashiis Boys will come thru. But it just takes 1 spud to stuff a whole season!

Two, one was called SA Footy 1 and the other was called The Worst, for some reason? I've been a bit slack on posting results etc. Haha.

I know it was mentioned earlier on in this thread about the possibility of expanding it and running it like the Hogg shield, I'd be keen to find out the final standings and possibly helping out for 2012.

Yeah, we really should. Perhaps take the top 16 players and establish the "Hat Shield" or something, with the ultimate prize being an SA Footy hat.

Bottom 4 to get relegated from the main one, top 4 from the worst to go up, then keep building new leagues from there, first in, best dressed.

Could we take the overall rankings of posters and collate them into leagues? There'd be plenty on here with a team who aren't in an SA Footy league??

Grand Final
WOW Ingall two trades used and looking great.
I did my estimate before the start and thought I was close but with those two admissions of Sandi and Harvey, you look home.
I will need to use some older style Country tactics with my team to win this one.

We'll have to wait and see how those two go, but for the moment I am glad I brought in Harvey instead of Cloke, who was under consideration.

GRAND FINAL
Longwood Lions 2,168
Kiss My Asp 2,407

Doesn't make up for bombing out in the Hogg, but at least it's something. :)
