The C loophole can work wonders (Cox last week, Swan this week - cue Dutchy to thread) but on the other hand I read on another site that someone's brother had VC'ed Selwood and put the C on Macaffer who was out of the team.

Cue Saturday and Caf is a late in  and apparently the brother lives in the UK and was asleep at the time.

I know another guy who plays SC from the UK and he is cursing rolling lockout for this same reason.

My tip is that they scrap it for next season.
In between signatures .....

Its funny, last year everyone was complaining about all the late changes to teams, so they bring in the rolling lockout and now everyone's still not happy! hehe.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

I didnt use the loophole, I didnt like the rumours of GAJ hand injury and knew Richmond wouldnt put a hard tag on Swan so went with him as Captain.

I was worried about Ablett (what were Port thinking in the 1st qtr?) and switched to Cox on Friday.
Was going to then use the loophole with Buddy, but had computer issues and couldn't do it.
Then bloody Warnock shadowed Cox all night and kept him pretty quiet :(
What a frustrating game this can be.

How hard are people trading currently, and how long do we leave these rookies in for. With some good talent coming up to their 3rd match, theyd be good to get in (Mayes, Evans etc) but it makes it a bit harder when some other rookies (ie Viney) still have a bit to give.

Me, Ive traded twice for the season. Mitchell to Crouch last round, and Zak Smith to Leunberger before round 3.

No rookies are ready to downgrade yet. Wait a few more weeks till they max out in price.

If you want to get serious, lookup their 'breakeven' score. Most rookies will still have a negative breakeven score which means no matter what happens next time they play, they will increase in price :D

Just remember, you cant get every rookie in. Sometimes you just have to accept you missed him, and move on.

Majority of teams would have used 4-6 trades so far.

I will consider Mayes solely as a link to the Midfield. He looked comfortable and a good user of the footy.

I've been kissed on the dick so far this season, and my overall ranks are high because of it, but I know at some stage my time will come.

I knew you would come for me REB!

I couldn't help myself. built a last minute DT, SC and CB team and they are all scoring better than expected, although not as good as some here.

Jager Omeara hates me.
Had him in twice on the field for a 40 & 60 point return.
Twice on the pine, as emerg. & scores 121 & 100.
Bastard.
