There's also an article somewhere saying that J Brown got a knock to his knee last week and is in doubt for this week

Sandilands listed as "test"

Hurn
Harbrow
Higgins

I'd like all of those players to play this week please. I've had two successive finals now where it's been an absolute disaster and I need a bit of luck for a change. Now come on Footy Gods I've asked nicely!

Bulldogs coach Rodney Eade last night confirmed that Adam Cooney, Dale Morris, Lindsay Gilbee and ruckman Ben Hudson remained in doubt for the top-of-the-table clash at Etihad Stadium, and up to nine players today were expected to miss their third successive training session.

Dutchy I have moved into two Prelims but am in one final this week with my work comp, in my 3 leagues I have 3 trades left and unless a gun goes down by Friday night I am going to trust my team for this week. :D
I have found the last two weeks each year in the past can destroy teams! (Just ask REB)

Yeah will probably try to save it, but Martin > Montagna is very very tempting

If Dangerfield is back I should be able to field a full team barring any disasters tomorrow night

On a different tack while I have your attention, what grade cricket are you playing this year.
I am planning on a big year following a tall SCIB’s left hand bowler that I hope can start climbing up the grades.

Oh, damn ;)

Captain Who unluckily has 2 donuts this week so without jumping the gun I think we'll be matching up next week unless things fall apart for me from here.

Good thing I didn't trade either!

Two rounds ago I reluctantly used my last trade to replace the injured Sandilands with Mumford, unfortunately leaving $129k in my salary cap that I can't use.

However Mumford has paid back my faith in him, giving me 130 points in the Elimination Final and 175 points in the Qualifying. Now for the Preliminary!

Massive numbers for a ruckman. I went Hamish McIntosh who got 115 and 93 I think it was. Happy with that but Mummy's numbers are freakish. He's up against Jolly this week but if you make the Granny he'll rack up big numbers again against Brisbane I reckon.

The main reason I chose Mumford over other more expensive ruckmen was that Sydney was playing Hawthorn (with their ruck problems) then Freo (possibly Sandilands-less) and would probably dominate. 8)
