RIP Darryl Cotton

Darryl Cotton passed away this morning after a battle with liver cancer, he was diagnosed in may

I went and saw him play only last year with Jim Keays and Russell Morris, and that was a fabulous show
he was only 62

That comes as a bit of a shock :(

I'm a bit young to remember him from his early music days, I first noticed him in the kids show with Marty Monster in the 1980's.

very sad news ... always thought Zoot's version of Eleanor Rigby was better than the original by the Beatles.
