Keenan.

End of discussion.

On a more local level, [b]Ian Kenny from Birds of Tokyo impressed me when I saw them live. I've always had a soft spot for Sarah McLeod. Phil Jamieson from Grinspoon, Pinky Beecroft from Machine Gun Fellatio and Ron Hitler-Barassi from TISM are right up on my list. As something slightly different, I'm a big fan of Patience Hodgson from The Grates.

I definitely agree with that. Ian Kenny is the man! 8)

To me, Mike Patton is the be all and end all of vocalists. He can do everything.

I also like:
Devin Townsend http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtjLn5cTJfU
Anneke van Giersbergen (ex-The Gathering, The Devin Townsend Project) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TI2Ao_Z00U
Geoff Tate (Queensrÿche) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zilmYuinQm0
Jerry Cantrell (Alice In Chains) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGuJ3tvKgo8
Layne Staley (Alice In Chains) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODTv9Lt5WYs
Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KV56kwxiHg
Glynn Morgan (ex-Threshold) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcbTprYFZ6s
Andrew McDermott (ex-Threshold) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qw1M-e0CeQ
Skin (Skunk Anansie) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7M8UxZDk56o

There's plenty more vocalists I like, but I'll have to bore you all with it later.

This is correct.

Not sure if you've got it FC but you should get the EP Patton did with Dillinger Escape Plan 'Irony Is A Dead Scene', best thing he's ever done!

I am a proud owner of that aforementioned EP, Gozu. It is indeed quite brilliant. Personally, Faith No More's Angel Dust is my favourite album of all time, and 'Retrovertigo' from Mr. Bungle's California is my favourite song ever.

LOL, he thinks he was a great rock voice.

From the Triple M website in Novemember-
Former X-Factor contestant, Reece Mastin has come out saying that he should be at Soundwave Festival with the likes of Metallica, Blink 182, Offspring and Linkin Park.

Aussie rock legend, and Screaming Jets front man, Dave Gleeson says he (Mastin) is a pop star and has no place there!

Reece says he's a rocker, but Gleeso is outraged saying "I don't care what he (Mastin) says about his songs being hardcore, they are as soft as dead set ice cream...he can't even sing."

Dave is right, yet again. If the mindless garbage (and that's an insult to garbage) Mastin puts out is ever considered 'hardcore', please pass me the Kool-Aid.

Yep, Dave is just telling it as it is. The thing about Reece Mastin is I've seen his X-factor audition videos on youtube and the dude can actually sing but now he is just a f**khead.
