Sounds like they do it differently at Flaggies though and they already have the new coach lined up for next year. Impressive get by them as I have heard good things but strange to upset the apple cart at this stage of the season. Can't imagine the current coach would be happy about it.

Seems like you know more than the players, the committee and the president...

Is there a new team coming in to fill the 10th spot or are Hackham back to A and B grade next year?

So im guessing with lonsdale and marion 95% going, that would leave the great sfl with at most a 9 teams.
Who will all the clubs left have to blame now??

Just a thought, would a top 5 be more appropriate for a 9 team comp?
Having 2/3rds of your comp play finals seems a bit of overkill to me.

Logic says that would be the case

Generally you go half, or half+1 if uneven

Round 18: (game 16)

(4) Christies vs (5) Cove - Loser drops to 6th & will play Emus in 1st week of finals, Winner will play Porties (provided Porties beat Sharks)

(2) Flaggies vs (7) Reynella - Top 2 spot locked in & will play Shoes @ the Shoe after a week off for a spot in the GF.

(1) Shoes vs (3) Emus - Shoes will be looking forward to a week off before another home final vs Flaggies for a spot in the GF. A few rumblings at the nest?

(10) Lions vs (8) Valley - Is this the Lions last game in the SFL?

(6) Porties vs (9) Aldinga - Porties need a win to get themselves a home final the following week

Interesting rumour coming out of Happy Valley that a current junior coach has been asked to apply for the A grade role.
Not sure this is the best way to go

Sound a bit on edge SB? :)

Not saying it should happen, just asking the question if it will.

Porties also in line for a home final if they win this weekend.

Personally I love watching games at the Shoe, great spot.
