So pels you will be hoping for a genoa win in the game against samp. Big game next week for a few reasons. The Derbi de capitale (the capital derby, Lazio V Roma) if Roma win it will strengthen the hold on first spot, a draw would leave top spot avaliable for inter again and lazio wouldnt be safe from relegation so would help neither, a win for Lazio would leave the top spot open again and could save lazio from relegation on 5 games to go now.

Best we could hope for now is to qualify for the europa league.
listening to the game the other morning Napoli just don't know how to kill games off.
Game should of been over just after half time, if you don't take your chances in the end you get burned.

Was with my romanisti mate yesterday and had to listen to the crap coming out of his mouth  .
Rome Derby is HUGE next week

4 games to go and here is the draw

Inter Milan - Atalanta
Palermo - Milan
Bologna - Parma
Juventus - Bari
Livorno - Catania
Udinese - Siena
Genoa - Lazio
Napoli - Cagliari
Fiorentina - Chievo
Roma - Sampdoria

Parma - Roma
Milan - Fiorentina
Bari - Genoa
Chievo - Napoli
Catania - Juventus
Siena - Palermo
Atalanta - Bologna
Sampdoria - Livorno
Cagliari - Udinese
Lazio - Inter Milan

Inter Milan - Chievo
Juventus - Parma
Roma - Cagliari
Genoa - Milan
Fiorentina - Siena
Livorno - Lazio
Bologna - Catania
Udinese - Bari
Napoli - Atalanta
Palermo - Sampdoria

Atalanta - Palermo
Parma - Livorno
Lazio - Udinese
Chievo - Roma
Sampdoria - Napoli
Cagliari - Bologna
Catania - Genoa
Milan - Juventus
Siena - Inter Milan
Bari - Fiorentina

Looking at the draw you reckon Roma hardest game is this week against sampdoria.
Napoli by winning yesterday still have a slim chance of 4th spot, I reckon we need to win all 4 games and the last game against Sampdoria could be the decider.

Another good come back win from Lazio (couldnt do in the bloody derby though   ) as Edy Reja contininue to revive our side, however not quite safe yet we are 6 points clear with 3 to play though, so hopefully atalanta lose on the weekend and lazio at the least get a draw then we will be certian to be safe, however with us playing Inter this week, we should only try for a draw as I want Inter to win the title and certianly dont wont the gypsys to win it (with a draw inter would be top on head to head and goal diff if i am not wrong)

Rafa Benitez has just been signed by Juve as their new Manager.

Will be interesting to se how he goes with a decent transfer kitty behind him. He's had some brilliant signings and some absolute howlers.

Amazing that he can get a job at the European Champions after guiding Liverpool to 7th.

Oops, yep.

I know, rags to riches!

12m quid payout and now onto what I'd presume is a pretty high paying role with Inter. Rafa's retirement fund will be looking pretty healthy!

Beckham rules out loan move

England star focused on regaining fitness
David Beckham has ruled out a loan move to a European club during the MLS close-season.
The 35-year-old, who is currently recovering from an Achilles problem which forced him to miss the World Cup, has enjoyed spells on loan at AC Milan during the last two close-seasons in the MLS.

OK, not really a Serie A story but if Beck's was considering a loan option Posh would only allow him to go to Italy ;)

Milan mull over Podolski deal

Huntelaar would need to exit to bring in Germany striker
AC Milan have admitted they are interested in signing Lukas Podolski, but they would need to sell Klaas-Jan Huntelaar first.
The Italian giants have been impressed by the 25-year-old's performances with Germany at the World Cup, where he scored twice and formed an excellent partnership with Miroslav Klose on their run to the semi-finals.
