Amazing finish in the men's long jump.
Lawson with the final jump of the event looked to have pinched it but replay confirmed his hand made contact with the sand

Need to look at what the Yanks do as its obvious our lead ups and preparation are miles off

Agreed. Yanks having Olympic trials 6 weeks before the Games works well, only selecting in form swimmers ready to go.
Seebhom and McEvoy probably the most disappointing, Chalmers the standout
