was that way till 82/83

we won the last shield that didnt have a final

The bowling bonus points shows we bowled very well in the first innings.

The batting bonus points show we batted well in the first innings.

The loss column says our batting and bowling in the second innings was deplorable.

I’d be blaming second innings batting, bowling in both innings has been good.

Even first innings batting we haven’t had a complete batting performance

Can recall only the one game where the 'backs hunted the win. Vs Queensland where Buckingham knocked over Khawaja with a few balls left in the day.

Not sure about the batting part - just says we were fast scoring.

Redbacks on the verge of signing two batters, one may offer international leadership skills....

Have also heard an international quality left arm spinner linked to Redbacks too....
