Could be wrong but his teammates seem to react positively when he's near. An arsehole he may be but he wouldn't be the first to be a successful leader. Ian Chappell hasn't always endeared himself but he sure as hell garnered respect.

Fair point, the point I was trying to make was both could be right c*nts but they both inspired their teams. Obviously Chappelli has a better resume than Kohli as a leader and more than likely will do when Kohli's career ends but there's a few similarities.
