What a load of utter shit. Pathetic, weak hearted effort with no technique and no spine.

The worst innings I have ever seen Australia play in any form in my life.

The bloody Poms will have a 150 lead by tonight and the Ashes are effectively gone on day 1 of the 4th test.

So horribly disappointed that our wickets didn't seem to have much value.

It's all well and good to win at home and spank the Windies and Bangers but going 3-1 down to England and being wipped in those 3 and belting them in one suggests some mental issues for mine. Soft, gutless effort.

The Australuan cricket team is my greatest love in sport and today I am ashamed to support them :(

Curators need to be ordered to produce green tops for all shield games

There were sporting wickets a few years ago in most shield games and the batsmen said that was no good for their techniques so CA ordered they be banned.

Pommy openers already nearly have the biggest partnership of any combination for the test.

I'm off to watch the juvenile antics of the Footy show. They pretend to be serious as well

Broad 8/15  Even McGrath on his best day didn't produce a bowling performance as good as that.

Johnson a tailender top scoring with 13 is just downright embarrassing.

Couldn't of said it better myself Wristy, you share my exact thoughts.

The Australian cricket team is also my greatest love in sport with cricket being my first ever love. I'm so disappointed at the moment, worst team innings I've ever seen and to do it against England makes it twice as bad.

If we lose the Ashes I will be more disappointed than I was when we lost two grand finals last year and that hurt more than anything and still does. I cried like a baby once it all caught up with me the next day as it tore me up that much. I won't cry if we lose the Ashes lol but f**k I'll be easily more disappointed.

I believe we can still win it though and won't stop believing we can if and until we go down.

Give credit where credit is due though, guys. Broad bowled beautifully in the conditions and our slip cordon fielded the best they have in a long time. Good strategy by England - suck Australia into a false sense of security on a flat track at Lords and then pummel them on green tracks up north *grins*

A long way to go in this game, but right at the moment it feels good to be a member of the Barmy Barmy Army!! ;)

I don't believe we can win a test match scoring 60. We are cooked. An English batsman will score more than our team unfortunately.

I saw a hilarious meme on Facebook - Wato ; "my 30 would be real handy right now wouldn't it"

To win this test we need to knock them over today. I,ll be watching but reckon they will be 5/200 at stumps

I just tuned in. Was there some rain? They've only scored 33 runs and we're 3 1/2 hours in. Good to get the early breakthrough though. Hopefully we can get another couple soon and England will really be in trouble!

Broad was outstanding, that is obviously the best he's ever bowled and what a time to do it. Bowled some absolutely unplayable balls.

How good would Rhino have been on this deck.

Would have been perfect for him and he would have top scored

I'm trying to focus on the positives. At least Nick Marsh probably won't play another test after this series.
