The Aussies have been out there for a bit checking the pitch and doing some fielding practice, looking amazing, the concourse on level 5 of the southern stands gonna be buzzing tomorrow!

Great photo Test. It looks as though you've taken it from a helicopter or one of the light towers.
In the old days the John Creswell stand stood there, and provided an excellent view of the pitch. It was very steep, and it was like a natural amplifier so that anything above a whisper would carry around the ground on a shield day.
This new Adelaide Oval has a lot to live up to, the old version had many great memories, the new version does look grand.
Glad they left the hill there.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt

Chappelli isn't a great wordsmith, is he. :D

Just dropped the folks off up there, was pissing down and people all over hiding under trees. Get to work at Torresville and it's sunshine.

Hope they get away on time.

Aussies Batting. Poms replacing a South African with a Kiwi in the batting order. And Panesar in for Tremlett.

Turn the radio off though. The stream is about 3 minutes behind the live call on ABC.

That's a rank shot. Almost as rank as his first innings dismissal in Brisbane.
