I am guessing its either Gavaskar, Bogle or Shastri. They could not be any more biased .

Bogle is hilarious. Him and KOK on ABC always a highlight on an Indian tour of Australia!

Nothing is worse than Nassar 'axe to grind' Hussain. Wouldn't have minded hearing him wail during the last test. All the good times would have flooded back for him.

I haven't seen a game of cricket on TV for 13 years, but before then it was Benaud. Chappell and co. I thought they did a good job of covering the other perspective and were only slightly biased to Australia, so it used to be great when Laurie would come on with his unrestrained cheering for all things Australian and esp Victorian.
I have little idea how things are today, but I saw a few YouTube vids with Indian commentators, and I hope that isn't the global standard now.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

We don't have cricket in Japan, so during summer we have to watch baseball.
Why do I care? Because someday soon I'll be back in Oz and hopefully enjoying cricket on the box again. I'll get real tired if the commentators are constantly harping on with conviction about what they thought happened rather than analyzing the game with a balanced eye. Some of what I've seen on the net could hardly be described as commentating, more so shit stirring and complete whinging would be apt terms.

That may be so, but I'd rather a brief period of non success and follow the "Blues", than "Catslegs".

The SA v Ind test match is set for a brilliant finish. At tea on day 5, SA are 4/331, needing another 127 to win.

de Villiers 72*
du Plessis 88*

Duminy in next
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run
