Come on mate if me and you had ten average years at shield level to practice eventually we might pick it up as well
Also if we had as many years at that level as well we might actually be a candidate for the captaincy and not have a twelve year old second to third year player selected over us
It says alot about the bloke that his never been made captain at any stage
No surprise either the redbacks have progressed exactly no where since his been there
