By your misguided logic NFL should be super unpopular but it isn't.

Umpiring should be as quick and as accurate as possible, and if technology aids that then good. I think after the issues in England the technology has worked really well in aus. Except for the no balls, which to me is something that doesn't need any new technology, the answer is already there
