He was ******* halfway down the wicket

Doesn't matter how far down the pitch he was. Was a tough one but I don't have a huge issue with it

Correct, great call by the ump and confirmed via the tracker.

You blokes are on drugs  Horrible decision. No way the umpire can honestly say he was sure it was going on to hit the stumps. Doubt the bails would have fallen off if it flicked the stumps like the DRS was saying.

Unless it hits him on the full, if he's half way down the wicket = not out.

Doesn't matter where he is on the pitch if its going to hit the stumps its out, evidence confirms it was a great decision.

You're basing the 'great decision' on a suspect DRS program that isn't 100% accurate. About 3% of the ball was flicking the stumps which would suggest it was a guess rather than a 'great decision'. Too many variables to give it out IMO.

Thats not true, another 3 inches down the pitch and its not out because he is to far down, its a rule i believe. There is a certain distance from the stumps where it cant be given

I knew he didn't hit that straight away FFS. And that wanker Mark Nicholas put the mockers on him saying it he was building a nice little innings. Next ball he's out FFS.

We're in front by 2 runs and Lyon nicks up for a second ball duck sortly after Hazlewood was caught in the gully.

Well bowled South Africa, excellent performance. They bowled better once Steyn went off injured.

Smith LBW was a bad decision. No way can anyone who knows anything say it was a "great" decision when it would have been not out had it been given not out and reviewed. However, I'm glad they stuck with it because it wasn't clearly not out.

Steyn's injury gives Australia the lead IMHO. Parity after one innings but SA lost their best bowler. Reports it's a stress fracture, although how they could make that call so fast seems strange if it wasn't something he brought in. Got to question whether he can bat.

Can someone remind me please why Mitch Marsh is so important to this team?

Pump the brakes. We have a great Test Match unfolding with twists and turns still to come. We are not 100 runs behind or been forced to follow on.

Sure there have been some glowing mistakes, but that happens to every team in every Test. It's called pressure.

Looking forward to the next few hours and hoping our searing quicks can get a few scalps.

Nevill was stiff with his dismissal. Even though he is struggling a little with the bat ATM he atleast has some ticker unlike several others
