Brazell showed he is not up to this level, terrible, terrible shot. He was thrown to the wolves as been in poor form at Grade level, but they have moved on from Carder and Smith and cupboard is horribly bare.

Strong rumours they will have Jason Sangha from NSW next year, he the most likely player to come they have targeted.

Also thrown big deal to Daniel Hughes (why would he leave NSW) and Jake Doran from Tassie but they are highly unlikely.

Not sure if Tim Neilson involved in this as maybe too late for new person to do the list. We desperately need two to three batsmen and most will be delisted

Sangha no no no no no :YMSICK: :YMSICK: :YMSICK:
Dan Hughes is too old
Jake Doran can't hit it off the square and is a wicketkeeper too so not sure about him being targetted

Heard those names from reliable source - but Sangha looks like the one.

We would be targeting every batter not getting a game for their State!

Beggars can’t be…………..

We do need a couple of openers.
I don't think Tim Nielsen can be involved as I think I read he finishes up next week after the last game?

I think there are better options

Bryce Street - 6 tons in 37 matches - Bats very slowly which wouldn't be a bad thing for the Redbacks only getting a game with Renshaw in NZ
Joe Burns - Older but not going to be offered a contract by QLD
Kurtis Patterson - Can't score a run lately but has in the past
Ashley Chandrasinghe - Scores slowly, only 22. Poor FC record but might find it easier at KRroad
The Spud - Not getting a game ahead of C Rocchicioli
Ashton Turner - Not a great FC record but a good leader from all reports
Dan Solway - Left-field selection scores lots of runs in NSW premier cricket but can't get a game

Patterson and Street would be handy.

Ashton Turner would be good but never gonna leave WA.

Kelly out for 69
Still 102 behind and 48 overs remaining

Well batted Thomas Kelly, BUT.........................

to get out the same way as 1st innings to another stupid, dumb shot is extremely annoying

Thanks! Wasn't sure if I was imagining it or not haha!

He also scored a 60 the 2nd last game last season - so 240 of his 531 runs came in 3 of the last 4 innings of the season. Only scored 2x 50's across his other 16 innings @19.

This year scored his first two 50s of the season last game against Queensland, his only 100 came first game.. now he's passed 50 again for the 3rd time in 4 innings.

He sure knows how to pick his times to score.

What is sad, is he's the 3rd leading run scorer for the Redbacks.
