Have done the supervisor/manager course for work and it doesn't take 50 hours. A solid 5 hours at absolute most will get it done.

The SANFL Juniors would have to be extremely pleased with how their equalisation policy worked out in Round 1 of the U16 Div 1 girls:

Henley SANFL Sharks 16.18.114
Glenunga 0.0.0

With juniors, is anyone keeping track as to how overall numbers of teams/players is relative to a few years back?

3 divisions for under 16 boys seems a bit light on considering NEMJFA managed to have two division on its own only a while ago?

SANFL U16 has been a full season comp for last 2 or 3 years. Previously it was a March start for 8 or 9 rounds and done and dusted (except finals) by the time SANFL Juniors commenced. So that’s about 180 16 year old lads gone from the community clubs.

From memory 17.5 boys had 4 divisions last year with only 3 divisions this year, plus a forfeit in one of the grades yesterday.
