LOL - glad that game gives you enjoyment, doesn't phase me one bit - I didn't play in that team or was involved with it - I was the coach of the C grade ;)

Although Kudos, there are a number of those who are currently playing A grade footy from that lineup - there are also a large number that I wouldn't have even picked in my C grade that side if they got dropped

All good.
I reckon Marbles played in the 91 GF when the Bulls pulled their pants down and slapped their arses.

Heard that Christopher ball hitter motley has parted ways with the club after having a blow with the coach after giving 8 free kicks away and losing them the game.. McEwan walked out couple a weeks ago but has been claims that brahma sacked him so who knows what's happened there... Several bgraders have been pulled up and the coach himself had to play..... Keep your eyes on the results in the next couple of weeks :D

Lol heard the coach played himself and burnt a lot of team mates as well as the ball haha..

Also heard the umpires were too afraid to go into the club after the game and needed escorting off the field??

Turn it up!

IF in both grades.

We are struggling big-time. Close to a forfeit on Satdee in the Magoos.

Mitchell Park definitely deserved favourites in both grades this week.

Even the B grade - considering they didn't even have a full side and only lost to the reigning premiers by 6 points is incredible.

Winning form is the best form, Farmers under the pump.

An absolute bloody shemozzle. I meant to apologise to HT but was in a daze. Really poor from us. Starting the game with 14 simply isn't good enough. To say I am having a grumpy Sunday would be the biggest understatement of the year.

The scoreline flattered us. We were only let back in because the TOS lads were a mixture of C Graders who ran out of puff and a couple of dodgy umpiring decisions went our way. Never in it and didn't deserve to be.

Rock up like that against your stars on Saturday and it'll be percentage for you.

Cant put into words what a shambles of a day Saturday was from beginning to end..

Very lucky to get away with a 6 point win. Morell is heavily under stating his sides effort, had multiple chances to win it but couldn't convert, luckily for us. Umpires were baffling, but that's nothing unusual and certainly not the reason for our lapse. Morell should be proud of his lads effort on the ground, maybe not of their organisational efforts though.. Wilson is a player, almost won the game off his own boot, as good as small forwards get in Div 6R. That bloke they call 'Hulk' makes me glad im retired, genuine monster..

In the A grade, Mitchell Park were in control from beginning to end. Hyde, Maline, Sack of Balls, Power and Nuske were super. Their ability to create turn overs and score from them was elite. I would love to see the stat on that from this game, it would have been more than the difference.. Hyde is silky, really like his game. Power and Maline killed us on the rebound all day, lack of accountability haunting us again. We had no answer to Ballsack's run and carry, his game was as impressive and busy as his hair style..

Being back at home this week sets up an intriguing encounter with Ingle Farm. I think they have a sniff in the A grade, but I think Zartans crew will edge them out in the B grade in a tight one..

My B grade is in crisis mode unfortunately - hard to see us really impacting in the back stretch - On Saturday I lost a key backman with a broken collarbone, my winger with a knee injury, another lad done a hamstring.

Add in the 4x changes from Thursday to Saturday morning and then the 2x late pull outs Sat morning around 10.. very frustrating day!

So bloody hard trying to play against sides as well when you only possess one player over 6ft - and he leaves at half time! :(

Any more deflecting in this thread and we'll be able to plug the hole in the ozone layer.

Don't get me wrong - I want nothing more than to win this week, and i'll try and pick a side to do that, but it's an uphill battle - especially travelling to Mitchell Park, and given you got within a goal of TOS at TOS makes you more formidable.

I have almost a full side on the sidelines at the moment - that's the difference :(

I suspect you may also be bolstered by the return of jnr Leck this week too..

Oh the guys that did play really dug deep and I said to the group that considering the start, the lack of prep and playing with a couple short - their resilience was highly commendable.

What I simply cannot excuse is not at least notifying someone that you're not going to rock up to a game when you've been picked. Had those players contacted me even an hour or so before hand I might've been able to muster up someone or maybe even pinch an A grader for a quarter. I wasn't even able to address the side as I was still trying to get numbers to the game. We started without anyone really knowing where they should be playing.

As we've discussed HT, the commitment levels of modern day footballers and their resilience to things that are just slightly our of their comfort zone is so weak I am surprised they can wipe their own arse without help.

Haha, yeah yeah yeah

Enough games - we should get a couple back this week, hoping Leck Jnr is one of them but hes been playing U18s (as a first year) for Glenelg - so naturally that has to come first. If he doesn't get picked he should suit up for us. Davidson is still unlikely, his heavily pregnant wife needs to get a wriggle on - I am about to go over there and slip some chilli in her tea or something. Sarge should play. Maylin as well. Hoping for a couple to return from the As too.

We'll be ok, not a star studded side but we'll have 21 at least!
