Jolly would have to be the toughest matchup in the whole league, only way to stop him is to cut off supply.

He is a tough match up. Surprisingly good at ground level for such a big bloke. It's really important to keep him quiet because the whole team fires up when he starts kicking goals. That said, I reckon Coles will play on him week and do the job.

why has the 2 Goodwood Saints games been moved from Prospect oval to Klemzig oval?

North Adelaide didn't want 3 games on the deck given the weather, women's footy on Sunday and approaching cricket season.

Given Uni and Goodwood's ones aren't in action I would have thought it's a pretty elegant compromise.

Will make for a strange pre-game atmosphere (or lack thereof) for the PAOC v PNU match.

Let's do a tug of war or something

George could hold court and give us his views on life

That's no fun until well later in the evening, more of a post-game function activity.

That said, having seen the injuries that happened on the weekend (dislocated shoulder, fractured fibula, torn driver) on top of the usual rolled ankles and hammys, I'm not sure he wants to play!

I saw the shoulder over the other side and the fellow who looks like he got shot in junk time - can't remember seeing the broken leg?

My spies suggest he broke it kicking a chair after the loss.

BTW, how do you have junk time in a double overtime game that was decided by 2 points?

Also hearing with the split in venues they will be without their ruckman who coaches the B-grade.

Hadn't thought about that, what a pain in the arse regardless of which way PAOC decides to play it.

Particularly where both games are elimination finals.

Not ideal though. Particularly if the 1R game is tight

What's more important though. Surely A Grade takes priority, people get a bit hung up on B Grade, who really cares bar the players and parents.

Isn't it Uni v Goody Saints double header at Gaza? PAOC reserves at Campbelltown still..?

My understanding is that he committed to the B Grade coaching job early in the piece and had to initially be coaxed into playing A Grade. You'd think as coach he'd have some emotional attachment to their success or failure.

Last week we were 2 goals down when he had to go, and won by 7 points
I'm backing the Assistant Coach.

ROCS 17.11 d TTG 5.7. Gullies started well and in front at qtr time but ROCS absolutely dominated the last 3 qtrs.

Any video taken of the game today?
Castree can bloody play but had a brain fade striking Davis pnu off the ball and from behind. Was lucky the umpire didn't see. Either way, good game to watch for the neutral.

By an aggregate of less than a goal
We were always going to struggle today, plus 2 more off on stretchers

PNU 13.19 d TTG 11.6. Payneham too big and strong all day. Controlled the game for 3 quarters. Langford was unstoppable. Well done on making the GF. They can beat ROCS if they win a fair share of the footy in the midfield. That won't be easy because ROCS are red hot in there at the moment.
