Is this info still on the adel footy league site, link doesnt work and cant find anything now. Trying to get a games tally for someone

-Gym culture in today's society.
-Greater education, the days of making blokes spend summer doing road runs and gaining shin splints for pre-season is long gone.
-Better understanding of the need to rest and not play through injuries
-Rules that protect players better
-Coaches who use the bench for rotations etc.
