I reckon his career might be over as quick as it begun. He was brutally knocked out in the forth and suffered a pretty bad concussion. Is doing Ok now.

Clubs can't control if an external party wishes to pay or employ people though

Of course not, as long as the club isn't paying over the cap that's all that matters. Far too many ways to legitimately get around the cap
