This discussion was about using either the headquarters of amateur football at Thebarton or home games. Games at Norwood, should not really be used as an example. Trying to get the clubs to use Thebarton and not other venues. What would stop Port District and Portland playing the game at the Alberton Oval, if that be the case, because their supporter bases would not have to travel. Exactly the same scenario, but one that hopefully can be avoided with Thebarton hopefully given the nod over all other venues, by the clubs.
How's your soap-box going there?

I suggest someone starts a thread for these two clubs like a few years back so we don't have to hear about it all the time.
While your at it include Port Districts on the thread too. It is a happy triangle then.

I do however admit I would be looking forward to seeing a rivalry match this year between Port Dist and Portland.

Well deal with the 6 months of banter leading upto it

Exactly so build a bridge and get over it.

Looks around the mark but what makes you think Districts and PAOC will be that good and I'm not entirely sure EP will be as bad a some are suggesting.

If PAC do well they could go from playing Div 4 to Div 1 in just 5 seasons.

Good effort to where they are now from Div 4 regardless of where they might finish at the end of 2012

Crackin the biggest jokes. I have not seen most of the side on here excpet a few from roughly 3 years ago, but a lot has changed with those sides. Give me a break that Dizzies can go form the bottom 5 to a walk up to Div 1. Would have to be one of the biggest crack ups on here since the thread opened. As far as us not having a chance thats just as good as the dizzies comment. Must have been up early and had breakast before you wrote that one. Must have been a bowl of Kellogs ....wit packed full of stupid with no colours and artificial intleigence. But it is a forum and you are entitled to your oppininon. Ill give you that. Wont know until next year but come on!

Sorry for an opinion satchell old sport. Disticts and PAC will be about 10 goals better than anyone else in comp with maybe the finals chokers Uni and Gullies the only ones to get close. Your mob don't stand a chance mate. C ya in D3 while Districts are safely in D1 next year. You might beat eastern pk if lucky

Just an opinion of course but some would say that means that both teams would need to improve by 15- 20 goals based on 2011.

A2M... what makes you think District and PAC will be so good??? What and more importantly who have they picked up to do this??? Gullies will surprise plenty with their pick ups and they havent lost anyone from last year..... One of those pickups will probably be the tallest player by a head and shoulders in Div 2 and even Div 1.....
