Elizabeth down, D6 premier up..
Adel Luth down, D7 premier up

Not sure how that would work but I think given the chance Mitchell Park would think seriously about staying up. Going to need a pretty strong bus sponsor though.

Elizabeth (relegated from D5)
Pulteney (relegated from D5)
Woody South / West Croydon
Brahma Lodge
Ingle Farm
Trinity OS
Fitzroy
Mawson
Houghton
Salisbury West (likely promoted from D7)

Top 3 is much harder, you have the loser of the GF this season - which is likely either West Croydon or Woodville South, both clubs have been very dominant this season, and will probably also contest the GF in B and C grade as well.
Also wouldn't count out Salisbury West from breezing through D6 straight to D5.
Brahma and Ingle Farm haven't been that far off the pace either, and Elizabeth returning from D5 wouldn't be very keen on staying down long if they can help it.

Mad Monday for the grand finalists in Div 4,5,6 and 7, and C4, 5 and 6. That could get interesting.
