Systemic use of performance enhancing drugs at Salisbury North and Tea Tree Gully? I thought they were investigating a breach of salary cap? Melbourne Storm might have been a better reference point.

You're correct. Not certain whether I'm willing to recognise Rugby League as a sport though. Admittedly recognising road cycling is just as dubious.
