Tim Viner Smith hasn't played for Trinity for a month and is not returning this season.
Had a good start, no doubt.

Gotta feel sorry for Smithfield, doing everything right on the field but can't stop the trouble makers turning up and spoiling a good day.
It did make for a bigger crowd with all the cops hanging around.

Pfft they (Lockleys) must be a 'class above' Smithfield if they beat a middle row Ingle Farm at Home. Give me a break, At home against average opposition yep Smitty was against average opposition as well but hey let's not forget 2 games clear on top, Haven't lost a game, Yet Lockleys lost at home to Mawsons who couldn't beat time on a drum! Ohh Lockleys must be good tho they beat Farmers after being close at 1/4 time....

Your all playing for second you idiots, Smithfield by the length of the straight. They'll play Trinity in the G/F.

I've watched a bit of div6 this year Smitty by the length of the straight, Trinity next best for mine. Lockleys and West Croydon over rated who ever finished 5th is wasting there time cause your behind them 2 and they're no good.

Round 15

Mawson Lakes 9 - 6 (60)
Ingle Farm 3 - 12 (30)

Anymore drums to beat for Mawson Lakes this season?

I must've missed something, I seen 2 bikes ride in and talk to someone, stay for less than 10 minutes and leave without incident? There was a strong police presence from then onwards.
I was enjoying a few bevvies with my 1995 Premiership mates though.

Apparently the news bulletin said it stemmed from an incident at the football during the day??

I had my 10 year old son playing with some friends near the goals and seen no reason for me to have to tell him to hang around me.

Think you'll find that's the team of the week for Round 14 - Brahma Lodge played Fitzroy.

big thumbs up for the elevated coaches boxes at FFC..granted its needed but it was great to get a slightly better view of the game than normal..they made us work really hard for the win and have some handy players in good form..they wont be a pushover for anybody for the rest of the season i reckon..

looking forward to the bye and watching the big game at fawk reserve this week..hawks in top form and so are the panthers so it should be a beauty..

Can vouch for the Hawks being in form.. Sumner and Wiles have the pace to trouble most (all) sides, and McKinnon is a handful for any defender in div 6.. Smithfields size and fire power could prove the difference

From what i have seen lockleys are definite favourites to win the flag. They are coached well, have excellent structure. Very good game plan for div 6 and they play well as a team. Excellent spread of goal kickers which makes them very hard to match up on. Smithfield have the most talent on the team sheet but my tip is Lockleys. Enjoyed watching their ball movement and willingness to work both ways.

Sumner was a blur at times when we played them. I think he worked so hard he faded away in the second half though. Wiles is a very good overhead mark for a smaller bloke.
