Elizabeth hosting Fitzroy with the loser a chance to fall out of the top 5. Fitzroy start favourites for mine after a encouraging performance last weekend. They were in front of the unbeaten Pulteney into the last quarter and just weren't able to hang on but they should take a huge amount of confidence into this weekend.

Brahma Lodge taking on TOS also looms as a massive game in the context of the season. TOS have shown their best is good enough to beat anyone but they have been a little inconsistent throughout the year. The same can be said for their opponents this weekend Brahma would be really disappointed with the result last weekend and if they don't bring the heat at the contest this weekend they could find themselves out the 5.

Tend to agree with you oldman might be the first person ever to do so but Fitzroy will get the win over Elizabeth if they play like they did against Pulteney . There backline stood up with the amount of forward entries Pulteney had while Nicholson/Giddings didn't have much of an impact.

If Trinity are to make the finals by the end of the minor rounds then they need to win against a top 5 side away from home . There only wins away were against the struggling West Croydon who have lost their last 6 games & the Division 7 bound Houghton. Dot point number 1 stop Darrell McIntyre. The last time Trinity & Brahma went head 2 head he kicked 7 and brahma went on to win by 22 points. Ingle Farm managed to keep him scoreless for the first time this year. How did you stop the goal kicking machine Zartan?

If i was a betting man (which i sure am), i would say we wont see McIntyre suit up for a while - potentially not until just on finals.. then i think come November we will see him move back home to Westies.

Zartan has spoken, take that to the bank. 8)

How do you see Pulteney positioned in both grades at the moment? Give us your thoughts on them..

Obviously Pulteney are positioned well in the A's. Interesting tho is that both Fitzroy and Ingle Farm are improving each week and improving their ability to kick big scores. I think both teams are much closer to Pulteney than what others give then credit for.

In the B's Pulteney have used over 50 players this year. They don't have the same depth in their C grade which looks to be impacting on the strength of the B's. It looks to be a significantly different side to the one which won a GF last year so to compare them to that is unfair.

Actually not too sure tbh, but a player that played told me. Apparently the club in question has lost all there premiership points ?? The Alleged club has a pretty bad history when it comes to on field problems & is or has been on strict rules from SAAFL ??

Question - if said club did lose all their points and found them in relegation territory end of year, would the league seriously relegate them over perennial battlers Mawson Lakes!?!

I'm lost, who's merging with Rosewater? Who's been docked premiership points?

Just looked at the ladders, points are still all there

Therefore Id suggest that they're not in teouble and noone will lose points.

Stop making stuff up.

So because you looked up to the ladder, it must mean I'm making shit up?
a) I didn't start the rumour on here.
b) Few different people from different clubs have mentioned something happened in that game.
c) Just because the ladder is unchanged, doesn't mean something didn't happen.

FFS, settle down, it was aimed at the person who started the rumor, which as you've already said, isn't you so not sure why you're going off half cocked.

I'll accept your apology when you're ready Mr Grumpy

I guess this stops them from playing against each other next year. Rosewater will end up in Div6 next season one way or another. They should have lost their points last year after what happened and they didn't.

IF there was an incident, one would think the ladder/points etc wouldn't be impacted until after a tribunal hearing or investigation, which wouldn't be until tonight, or perhaps next week if it's an investigation.

Salisbury North points were not docked until Thursday 8th June - the day after being found guilty.. why IF true would the situation be any different with this said side?

Therefore I'd suggest perhaps waiting a few more days before assuming people are making stuff up..

I'll accept your apology when you're ready.
