Surprising that you would move a coach on when you are in the top four. More to it I would think.

So many clubs sack their coaches nowadays so it begs the question. Did the club make the wrong choice in the first instance or is the tail wagging the donkey.

There's less loyalty nowadays, 15 to 20 years ago 70% of the coaches at amateur level would've came from within their own walls, now it's generally who can bring the most players with them.

The recent coach turnover in the amateur league blows me away.

I agree with LM, they're no longer coaches in my mind, they're chief recruiters.
