Goodwood by 5 goals and a data entry error.

Evenly balanced game but for the third quarter

Went out to Hogwarts yesterday to watch SPOC v Glenunga and a couple of items of interest to report:
Hugh Haysman, playing his first game for SPOC, was red-carded for a sling tackle. Would suggest he's likely to get at least 4 games;
After breaking Sam Parsons' nose with a head-butt in the corresponding match in round 2, Jock McLeay was conveniently busy at work yesterday;
SPOC's President taking umbrage to abuse directed towards one of his players, but turned a blind eye to the tirade directed at the Wundke brothers;
Wonder if said President will be on the phone to HQ during the week (again) to plead his case re: Haysman.

Slamming the Glenunga player to the ground after the ball is pretty obviously out of bounds/whistle has gone is rather poor form even before the current dangerous tackle crackdown.

Yep, totally agree... do you think that it will be more harshly judged then if it was in play?

Would have thought there's a risk that makes it intentional rather than careless

Not good from Hugh Haysman, first game of playing for SPOC and you earn yourself a 3-4 week holiday.

That tackle wasn’t that bad. Glenunga number 9 obviously wasn’t hurt he got up and started fighting.

Bit of an over reaction by the Rams bench.

What night does the tribunal actually sit? Well, more accurately, what night are the suspensions offered?

on average on what has gone on so far this year, other players have got at least 3 games or 2 + 1 suspended
