Its good to be out training again and putting in some hard yards. And I tell ya now, Im feeling it. Like they say, it gets easier as the weeks get on. Which I hope so for me anyway. Good numbers last night at training. Very positive considering it being the first week back.

A few Gepps Cross boys heading out to Balaklava in the Adelaide Plains for the season, plus the others that are going to Greenacres. Might be in for a long year with new coach, not sure how many recruit's they have yet.

[with current financial management at Gepps Cross, perhaps they are better suited to A4 or A5 as they are miles away from being competative in A2 or to chase a spot in A1.uote][/quote]

The year will not be any longer than the last two seasons under the old coach

Don't want to seem ignorant but a little out of the loop having been overseas for just on 8 weeks. Who's coaching Gepps Cross this year?
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Osborne, Palmer and maybe others, Makins, Smith to Rmfl and Pete Smith and a couple of others to Greenacres. Was told today that 15 players are confirmed departures.

I think your number is somewhat excessive but there are 10-12 I'm told. The 3 player rule may come into play with Greenacres if what I'm hearing is true and one of them has a contract signed with Gepps for 2015.

Wouldn't worry about Gepps too much. They've got some good young kids coming through. In speaking to a few out there (those that know what's going on) they've lost players who weren't worth the money they were getting anyway. Will probably play above the level of where their list is at on paper I would think.
And yes, 15 is definitely a slight exaggeration.

have to wait and see if what they pick up is better than what leave and for the amount of players that leave, 2 clearances in already.
