It is true but that club is not an a AAA yet so I imagine they will be fine. Incident would be graded as reckless, low impact (probably would be medium but I think 4 weeks is too harsh of a penalty for it, so maybe change the intent to negligent) and high.

Elbow is terrible - 8 to 10 weeks if history is any indication.
Knee I thought was ordinary at first, but more I watch it i'm inclined to think it was clumsy/poor judgement and not intentional - almost looks like he preparing to kick it off the ground, pulls out of the kick, collects the TOS player then kicks off the ground.. dunno.. definitely unnecessary but i'll give him benefit of the doubt on that one - not that it'll help his playing career anyway.
